Eurest Catering Services is pleased to provide catering services designed for your needs at Janssen La Jolla. This brochure will serve as a guide to assist you in making your choices. If there are special arrangements that need to be made outside of the information listed in the website, there is a custom menu request found in the menu selections where you are able to assemble custom caterings to meet your needs. You can also come down to the café/marketplace and discuss any catering needs with our catering team. Our goal is to make your job as easy as possible and to meet & exceed your expectations.
Food - Allergic Individuals – Be aware that we handle and prepare egg, milk, wheat, shellfish, fish, soy, peanut, and tree nut products, and other potential allergens in the food production areas of our facility. Please direct any questions to the manager prior to placing orders.
We understand that last-minute changes and cancellations are occasionally unavoidable. We can work with you to minimize your charges, but you will be responsible for any costs incurred by the Eurest Catering Fresh Fork team up to the time of cancellation.
We kindly ask that all catering orders with final guest count be placed at least 72 hours (3 business days) in advance.
Planning something big? Receptions are available and must be arranged in advance. These services will incur additional labor fees. For events with 100 guests or more, please contact our Catering Manager at least 2 weeks ahead so we can give your event the attention it deserves.
We understand that impromptu requests are sometimes necessary, and we will make every effort to accommodate those requests. If you place an order within 24 hours of your event, a 50% service fee will be added to the total invoice to help us prepare on short notice.
If you need to cancel on the day of your event, a 50% charge of the invoice total will apply to help cover preparations already in progress.
For larger events or custom menus, additional cancellation terms may apply—our Catering Manager is happy to discuss details with you.
Our café is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
If you need a pick-up or drop-off outside of these hours, we’re happy to help! Just note there will be a labor charge of $38.00 per hour for after-hours service.
