Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

We understand the importance of accommodating dietary needs and food allergies. Our team will make every effort to provide suitable options whenever possible.

Please note that our facility handles and prepares products containing eggs, milk, wheat, shellfish, fish, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other potential allergens. Because food is prepared in shared kitchen spaces, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Guests with severe allergies are encouraged to contact our catering team prior to placing an order.

Ordering Lead Time

To ensure the highest quality service and product availability, we kindly request that all catering orders, including final guest counts, be submitted at least 72 hours (3 business days) before the event.

For events of 100 guests or more, we ask for a minimum of two weeks' notice. Advance notice allows us to properly staff, prepare, and execute your event with the attention it deserves.

Reception services, custom menus, and specialty events may require additional planning and labor charges.

Final Guest Count

To help us prepare appropriately, final guest counts should be confirmed no later than 72 hours (3 business days) before your event.

Once confirmed, your guest count will be considered final for planning and billing purposes.

Last-Minute Orders & Changes

We understand that schedules change and unexpected needs arise. Whenever possible, our team will do its best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Orders placed within 24 hours of an event, as well as significant changes made during that timeframe, may be subject to a 50% service fee to cover additional labor, expedited purchasing, and operational costs.

This may include changes to:

  • Guest counts
  • Menu selections
  • Delivery times
  • Delivery locations
  • Special dietary requests
  • Additional food or beverage items

Availability for last-minute requests cannot be guaranteed and will depend on staffing and product availability.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and cancellations are sometimes unavoidable.

If you need to cancel an event, please notify our team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to minimize any associated costs; however, customers may be responsible for expenses already incurred for food preparation, labor scheduling, purchased products, and special-order items.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event will incur a charge of 50% of the total invoice.

For larger events, custom menus, receptions, and specialty services, additional cancellation charges may apply based on food purchases, staffing commitments, rentals, and other event-related expenses already incurred.

We appreciate your understanding, as advance notice helps us manage resources efficiently and continue providing the highest level of service to all customers.

Delivery, Setup & Event Access

To help ensure timely service, we ask that event locations be accessible at the scheduled delivery or setup time.

Additional labor charges may apply if delays occur due to:

  • Restricted building access
  • Locked meeting rooms
  • Incomplete delivery information
  • Last-minute room changes
  • Security-related access restrictions

We appreciate your partnership in helping us deliver a seamless experience.

Equipment & Service Ware

Any equipment provided by Eurest Catering, including serving utensils, beverage dispensers, trays, baskets, display pieces, and chafing equipment, remains the property of Eurest Catering.

We kindly ask that all equipment be returned in good condition. Charges may apply for items that are lost, damaged, or not returned.

Food Safety

To ensure food quality and guest safety, perishable foods should be consumed within two hours of delivery or service.

Once food has been delivered or picked up, Eurest Catering cannot be responsible for food quality or safety if items are stored, handled, or served outside recommended food safety guidelines.

Menu Availability & Substitutions

Our goal is always to provide the menu items you have selected. However, due to seasonal availability, product shortages, or supply chain disruptions, substitutions may occasionally be necessary.

If this occurs, we will provide a comparable item of equal or greater quality whenever possible and communicate changes in advance.

Staffing & Special Event Charges

Certain events may require additional staffing, setup support, attendants, chefs, or extended service hours.

When applicable, associated labor charges will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

Café Hours & After-Hours Service

Café Hours
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 2:30 PM

We are happy to support deliveries and services outside normal café operating hours when staffing permits.

After-hours services will be billed at $39.52 per hour.

Service Charges

Delivery fees, labor charges, staffing fees, administrative fees, and other service-related charges are operational costs associated with producing and supporting your event. These charges are not gratuities and are not distributed as tips to employees.

Pricing & Payment

All pricing is subject to applicable taxes and fees.

Please provide any required billing information, including Purchase Orders (POs), cost centers, or internal billing codes, at the time the order is placed to help avoid processing delays.

Annual Price Adjustment

To help offset increases in food costs, labor expenses, operating costs, and market conditions, Eurest Catering Services reserves the right to implement an annual price adjustment of 4% on all menu items, labor charges, service fees, delivery fees, and other applicable catering-related charges.

Updated pricing will be reflected in catering menus, proposals, and invoices and will become effective upon implementation.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a catering order, customers acknowledge and accept the policies, terms, and conditions outlined in this document.

Eurest Catering Services reserves the right to update these policies periodically to support operational requirements and maintain the highest level of service.
